[ okay. after a second, he's going to use his psych and make them look like they're underwater. this is probably a pretty piddly attempt because it'd stretch the possibilities of one psych, but there's like bubbles and fish floating around and some of the buildings suddenly look like sandcastles.

[ he startles a little once he realizes, because the curse does not work as well when rin cannot really be the target of it. he has to stay in place. ]
