Maybe not literally -- I don't think any of this is really like New Sieg. But it sounds like places I've heard of.

Okay. Seems like there are a lot of people from Earth, but they also have magic and ghosts and stuff.

Yeah, both Libby and Nahri are from Earth, but they know about magic and that kind of thing. Same with Eiden, actually.

[ hmm ]

Makes me wonder if there was magic where I came from, but I just didn't notice.

Yeah, the dying part seems to be pretty unique to this situation so far. I think. Unless someone out there has some surprise reincarnations they’re keeping under their hat.
